This listing is for a very nice Old Timer table lighter and cigarette dispenser. This item was made in Germany around the middle 20th century, and it is in very good condition. There are no flaws on this piece, with the exception being some light surface wear. The lighter is operated by turning the wick side until it stops against the spark wheel. Then you use your thumb to press the lighter button to ignite the wick. The lit lighter is then turned back to it\'s original position so the flame can be used. The cap that goes over the wick is missing, as is the chain that is supposed to secure it to the lighter. The flint tube is clear, and with one inserted a nice spark is produced. This is a wick type lighter, and it has NOT been fueled and tested. Thank you for your consideration.
