I see no etching anywhere indicating that it is gold or gold filled so I think it is safe to assume that it is all stainless steel. I really know nothing about watches.
The case is in good condition with minor scratches and swirls from use. There is faint evidence that somebody lightly engraved some numbers on the back of the watch cover but was not engraved deeply and is nearly gone .
The glass is scratched and one scratch appears to be a crack between the two and three positions as shown in pictures.
Everything that I describe is from observation only. I do not have the tools nor the knowledge to take the back off of the watch to inspect the movement or anything.

The watch runs and appears to keep time but there is no band so I cannot wear it to consistently keep it moving.
It is a very nice looking watch regardless of all the defects and I\'m not sure if the watch band posts are original or not but they will be included.
