725BeautifulBags: Our bags are the antidote for the poly lined synthetic leather bags being produced for even really good upscale companies in China. Our bags are full-grain leather. Artisan craft, authentic distressed character, with modifications unique to our line. We only use high grade belts for straps reminiscent of equestrian leather halter straps. Nothing whimpy here; quality and character that stands out and stands the test of a truly rugged life-style.

My philosophy and writing descriptions is: a picture speaks 1000 words. So please look at the pictures and email me with any questions. That said, here is my description.

My modifications:

I have taken the time to reinforce with powdered copper rivets the stress points on this wonderful bag. I\'ve also added an inside handle. The inside handle is one thing that once you\'ve used it you won\'t want another briefcase without it. You can hang a door knob a hook the back of the chair when you\'re not carrying it. And you can use it to hold your bag while loading your laptop and other gear. You can even carry your briefcase open on the way to class accessing your phone or other things that you have need of. I have also fixed the shoulder strap pad with pounded copper rivets. I made the decision to do this because one of the frustrations of a strap with the shoulder pad is that it\'s always sliding around.

What I like about this bag is of course the natural British tan leather. That\'s my very favorite color for leather goods. I also like the unique layout and design of this vintage piece. I like the visible high-quality stitching. I like the way this bag stands up by itself when empty or full. I like the way the lid flops over the back and hugs the bag when it\'s open. I like the way the strap surrounds the bag. And I like how it\'s not symetrical; one side has a iPhone 6 Plus / 7 sized Pocket and one side has a buckle closure and one side has this unique punched through clasp. It is sure to bring you wonderful conversations that you probably wouldn\'t otherwise have. People will definitely comment...

I imagine someone like a college student or an IT professional who appreciates the rugged and vintage look taking this to a meeting. It is unlined leather; this is very rare these days. Coach, JW Hulme, and even TUMI line their bags with poly nylon cloth these days. It is really rare to find a bag at upscale retailers that is unlined. In my opinion; unlined is so much better and lasts so much longer.

I have this listed as a Men\'s bag but any woman who appreciates rugged leather goods could make this work for that perfect rugged look.

The measurements of this bag are: 14 inches high 11 inches wide and 4 inches deep.
