This is a c1910 original (L21) Tobacco Cigarette Premium Leather College Pennant of JOHN HOPKINS UNIVERSITY and these were giveaways in the early 1900\'s for only a short time around 1910 and a couple years around this date. These miniature leather pennants were free when you bought a pack of cigarettes from mainly these 4 brands of cigarettes, Mogul, Murad, Egyplienne Straights and Turkey Red. The John Hopkins pennant is in nice condition with nice sides and corners and some age and storage wear (see picture) and is gold with a blackish background and measures about 2\" by 2 5/8\". This would be a great college collectible for your sports memorabilia collection. I will be putting more original c1910 mini college leather pennants on in the near future and will combine shipping for a better shipping price.
