ThisSUPERB condition chunky, New style ,button fillDuofold , with the wider gold filled chevron cap band was the first series of English Duofolds manufactured at the Newhaven plant. Most N.S. Duofolds were made in solid colours and are now becoming very hard to find and rare.

First produced in 1946 , thisEnglish Duofold called NEW STYLE was the first major British only production by Parker after aquiring full control of the Valentine Pen Co. in Newhaven.

Without doubt one of the best pens ever made.Not manytwin tassie , new styleDuofolds remain as the production only lasted 2 years until the introduction of the aluminium fill duofolds.

Although rare those remaining are still being used with the same reliability and smooth writing as when first made, and are highly collectable.

The pen is inSUPERB condition, withno scratches,and nodents, cracksor engravings.
