Here I have a vintage porcelain doll made by PMC, Inc.... Precious Moments. She has blonde hair with blue eyes... stands 15\" tall and is already on a metal stand. She has a semi-soft body with porcelain appendages and is dressed in a beautiful red velvet Victorian dress. She has a red velvet hat with feathers and lace... and it\'s in excellent condition.
