It does Power up!!
I do not have the right speakers to test sound, but the headphone jack appears to work (I get sound in 1 ear, but that could be an issue w my old headset?)
FM / AM receiver work, the 8 track works too.
The record player doesn\'t spin, but it sounds like it is trying (sometimes)
Missing the cover for the Balance lever. Please see pictures and feel free to ask questions.
