Up for sale is a gorgeous and veryrare 21 piece Royal Albert Crown China tea set comprising 6 x cups, 6 x saucers, 6 x side plates, 1 x Cake plate, 1 x creamer and 1 x slops bowl. Made in England around the 1920\'s this set is in fine bone china and has a un-named hand painted design withpink flowers, green stems andhand painted purple rims on crisp white china. I have been right through the un named patterns on the Royal Albert website as well as replacements and can\'t find anyreference to this pattern. The cups are in the Countess shape and have the number 7954 hand applied to the bases.Condition is very good for its age except for a 4mmchipunder rim on cake plate. Can\'t be seen when displayed. There is also a flea bite size chip to the rim of one of the cups.There is also a flea bite size chip to spout on creamer but this was done in manufacture as has been covered by the purple rim. I mention this for accuracy.Cake plate measures 24.5cm x23cm. Creamer stands 8cm tall and 8.5cm in diameter. Slops bowl is 12cm in diameter and 6.5cm high. Each cup stands 6.5cm high and 8cm in diameter. Saucer 14cm in diameter and plates are 15.5cm square.Pictures form part of the description.
