In the 60s thru the 80s I was a big fan of cloisonne and have a large collection of earrings and bracelets. For your consideration today is a lovely pair of dark blue enamel, gold plated, pierced earrings. They measure 2\" x 1.5\". The enamel work and gold cloisonne work are still in excellent condition. Please look at the last photo - that is just a bad picture. The back of each earring is one in a bright gold plating - they are not two different colors. There is no issue with the back of them. There is no verdigris and there are no hallmarks. I do know they were manufactured here in East Providence R.I. I\'ve owned this pair since the mid 70s and for the past 25 years they have been in a closed jewelry box in a pet and smoke free Environment.
