This sale is for afabulous vintage pair of bookends from Sarreid. They are in very good overall condition. Great patina however, They are a bit shinier in person than in the photo, because of the flash glare. I\'m selling these for my mom. She has had them on a shelf not even holding books...for years!! They are solid heavy brass!!!! See all photos and use zoom for closer look. They are approx. 8 3/8 inches tall and approx. 4 1/4 inches across the bottom including across the wrap around tail. Fabulous Kangaroo and Joey in the pouch. Also, one of the Kangaroo ears is not sitting quite as tall as the others. I don\'t know if by design or was bent slightly but that\'s how they\'ve been since my mom has had them. I didn\'t even really notice until I was shooting pics.
