Tracking is included in all packages free of charge. 
 
I use the calculated shipping for my sales and depend on them to be accurate and do not charge for materials or handling.  Most of the time they are very close.  However, I have had it at times be less and more.  I never ask for more for shipping, however, if it is over $3 I will refund your excess shipping to you.
