VINTAGE SOUTHERN POTTERIES INC. CHINA PLATE MADE IN THE USA

The center is white with flowers and the rim is a black with 22 karat gold scalloping---aprox 10 & 1/4 inches There is crazing on the white and some bubbles. The gold trim around the plate does show wear and there is a slight chip on the rim. This is a great display piece and would make a great addition to your collection.
