Black sailors cap with metal hammer/sickle/red star/gold laurel enamel pin. Tally with anchors. No marking or tags inside. Inside band measures 20\" in circum. or8\" x 6\" across. Inner lining appears to be a muslin and band appears to be smoke, no am not an expert on everything I sell. I try to take good pictures & give detailed descriptions.
