You\'re offerding on a miniature pair of Stanhope type souvenir photo binoculars. The 2 pictures which are in color are of Perce PO and Ile Bonaventure which are in Quebec. I tried to show the photos in the binoculars as best I could. The Ile Bonaventure photo has several birds which I believe may be Atlantic Puffins or something similar. The other picture is a scenery photo from Perce.
There are some cracks or crazing in the plastic which you can see in the pictures and the binoculars are dirty in spots and need to be cleaned. ESM Italy is embossed in the orange plastic.From Wikipedia
