VINTAGE WALT DISNEY MICKEY MOUSE 8-PC LITHO TIN TOY MICKEY\'S TEA SET + ORIG BOX:

DESCRIPTION: This is a teaset with depictions of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse,Donald Duck and Pluto on the teapot, Mickey on the cups and saucers,and Minnie on the plates. On the bottom of the original box, it ismarked “HAPPYNAK TEASET. 656 MADE IN ENGLAND. BY PERMISSION OFWALT DISNEY MICKEY MOUSE LTD.”
MATERIALS: Lithographed and factory painted tin in its original cardboard boxwith insert.
DIMENSIONS: The teapot is approximately 3” in diameter, not counting thehandle and spout, and the plates are approximatley 2-3/4” square,saucers are 2-1/2” dia., and the cups are 1-7/8” dia. w/o thehandle.
CONDITION: Overall VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT CONDITION. The dishes have probablybeen out of the box and played with a bit since there is a bit ofedge wear on the teapot and some scattered paint chips. The colorsand paint is still vibrant, but would probably shine with a goodcleaning. The outer part of the original box has had extensivereinforcement with inner cardboard corners and removable tape repairson the originally stapled outer corners, and there are some tears inthe insert that holds the pieces in the box. But, it still displayswell.
Ifyou collect porcelain or Ohio Art or Wolverine lithographed tin teasets, or Disney collectibles, this will make a great addition to yourcollection.
