MADE IN WESTERN GERMANY by KOESTEL
APPROXIMATELY 8\" tall x 6\" wide
A VERY NICE PIECE OF Christmas DECOR. FOIL PAPER WITH DECORATIVE RED AND GOLD FABRIC. HAND AND FACE ARE WAX.
ONE WING IS BROKE BUT CAN EASILY BE TUCKED IN TO NOT BE SEEN. OTHERWISE GOOD CONDITION FOR THE AGE OF THE PIECE. THE BOX IS IN ROUGH SHAPE.

- I WILL FILE THE CLAIM FOR YOU IMMEDIATELY
The following will be needed:
A.The box as it came and especially if there is any damage to outer package.
B. A picture of the item inside the box to show the inner packing.
C. A picture of the damaged to the item.
- You have to keep the box and the damaged item until I let you knowthat the claim has been paid.The claim people might want to come out and look at the item and they need to see it and the box too.
- I will payout on the claim AS SOON as the insurance is paid to me.In the unlikely event they do not pay out for any reason we will work something out. I have not had this happen yet.
PLEASE NOTE:
1.In the event of a REFUND I may ask for the item back. I will determine on a case by case basis if I will pay for the return shipping. I may not even ask for a return of the item but will at least want a picture of damaged items.
2.I may change your shipping method, unless you specify not too.
3.I may add THE COST OF INSURANCE (in the case of fragile items) in the HANDLING FEE area or directly to the cost of the item. does not allow a seller to offer you Insurance; they advise you to add it into the cost of your item.
4.There may be a small charge in the handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials.
