Beautiful and bright, mid-century vintage, circa 1950\'s to 1960\'s, West Virginia Glass Company \'Blendo\' seven-piece salad bowls serving set in overall very good/excellent condition. This fantastic mid-century modern Blendo Glass hostess set includes a large 10.5\" diameter Turquoise Blue Salad Bowl, and six smaller 5 3/8\" multi colored matching personal sized salad bowls with two each of Green, Purple, and Melon. There are no chips or cracks over the entire set. The large turquoise blue serving bowl, sometimes also seen as a Chip bowl with a small dip bowl, is in excellent condition - virtually all of the gold rim is in place and bright turquoise or aqua blue color. Of the six multi colored bowls, the melon and purple bowls are very good/excellent with most of the gold rim in place on each bowl, and bright bottom colors. The two green bowls are missing most of the gold on the rims but again, are bright and crisp on the bottoms and in complete, unchipped and shiny condition. Overall, a super mid-century, Atomic Era hostess or salad serving set that would make a fantastic show at your next Spring gathering.
