Found this Made in U.S.A. vintage Walsco Waterbury 9-9 padlock in my step dad\'s shop after he passed. He was an amateur locksmith. This pad lock comes with the key. It is a very small pad lock and measures is about 2 inches high (total length) in the closed position. Works Great! Just has some surface wear and minor rust.
