This is a delightful, diminutive, two piece Germany figural porcelain powder jar/ trinket box in the form of a colonial lady in panniered skirts. She stands about 5\" tall and is marked on the bottom with an impressed mark and an underglaze red mark. She is in excellent condition with high luster. Her flaws in my opinion appear to be production flaws, most notably there is a small crack on the inside rim of the top piece(see photo) that I think has always been there, and some finish residue along the bottom front of the top piece that is underglaze, also a small underglaze dark mark on her bosom and wrist. Please view my photos closely for further condition information. I would grade her desirable and mint. She is lovely!
