International Shipment: We use an international mail service called Direct Link (owned by Swedish Post). They are the equivalent time-frame of USPS. Insurance and tracking is included in their service though how a package is tracked once it enters the country\'s postal service depends. NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VAT/CUSTOMS for their countries. And we do not falsify customs forms as either a lower $ or mark as Gift; that is against our federal laws.

Combined Shipping: We love to! Please send an email for a quote for combined shipping.

Returns: No refunds. No returns. BUT if we misrepresent an item or measurements are not right, we want to make it right. It is then necessary you contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. If a return is then discussed and confirmed, item must be returned within the next 5 days.
