These itemsare signed on the bottom as pictured.

This item includes two Porcelain light up items, 5 Christmas Trees and a bag of plastic snow.

The two light up houses are \"Faversham Lamps & Oils\" and \"Morston Steak And Kidney Pie\"

The \"Faversham Lamps & Oils\" Building measures 6-1/2\" tall x 4\" wide x 3-1/2\" deep.

The \"Morston Steak And Kidney Pie\" Building measures 7\" tall x 4-1/2\" wide x 4-1/2\" deep.

This item was only out of the box a couple of times since purchased back in 1995.

A few accessories are missing from the accessory box. All that is included is pictured in this listing.
