This dress will need seams to be re-sewn.
Outstanding dress with loads of couture details and hand stitching. Heavily pleated bodice on back and front. Slight kimono sleeve. Accentuated side pockets. Wide sash belt with rosette embellishment. Cut of dress is an A line. Fabric is a thick and heavy matte satin that is silky smooth. It does not have stretch. Most likely a poly or poly blend.
Made and sold by the Bullock\'s Victorian Room in Pasadena. This was a VERY exclusive boutique only carrying high end designers.
Dress is clean and in very good vintage condition with the exception of:
The thread is starting to disintegrate. Side seams have come undone and need to be sewn.On very close inspection I found a couple of pulls in the fabric. They\'re not noticeable unless you\'re looking for them.
