Adorable vintage dress!
It has a textured fabric ~not like a seersucker, but like some of the stripe have a factory \"wrinkleless\" to them ....not sure how to explain it.

Imeasure itemswhile laying flat, or length of dress, hung from hanger.
Please compare the measurement of the item I postedagainst your best fitting similar item of clothing to insure proper fit.
Bust/Chest~ All the around the bust/chest area right under the arm seams, so side to side X\'s 2.
Shoulder~ across seam to seam.
Waist~ All the way aroundwaist.
Hips~ about 7\" to 9\" below waist.
Sleeves~ from the top at seam to cuff.
Length~
items that have a standard collar~ from seam to bottom hem
item with scoop/lower back~ I then measure from center shoulder to bottom hem

AbsolutelyNO smoking in our house, but we do have a cat. She mostly lives outside, but if allergies are a problem for you, then just know there is a cat in the house.
Returns
Yes, returns are accepted,
Item must be in same condition as sold. New itemsmust be unopened, and all tags still on.Used items will have a tamper prooftag on them also, and tag must be on to return item.
