Early straight sided amber (brown) Coca-Cola bottle, Knoxville Tennessee. It is hard to show the raised lettering on the bottle in pictures so I will describe it. One side of bottle has script Coca Cola near shoulder of bottle, beneath is a straight arrow pointing upward, then script Coca Cola at bottom edge of bottle. The other side of the bottle has script Coca Cola marking near shoulder of the bottle, beneath is a straight arrow pointing upward, and block lettered inscription near bottom which reads: MINIMUM CONTENTS/ 6 1/2 FLUID OZ./ KNOXVILLE, TENN. The bottom of the bottle is marked ROOT. Bottle is 7.75\" tall. No chips or cracks or mineral deposits.
I am not well informed about old Coke bottles. This bottle came from an estate in which there were many old bottles (milk, vinegar, etc). so I am thinking this is also an old one.
