This copy of music by the Irving Berlin Inc. is in goodcondition for the age. It has line marksand creases along the spine. There is afolded back tear on the back cover and a tear at the bottom of the back covernear the spine. It shows signs of use and has changed color with age. The front cover has a 1” tear that seems togo through the book for a number of pages getting shorter as you go back. None of these issues affect the musicinside. The music is intact and nomarkings are visible.
