Vintage antique sterling puffy heart charm in excellent condition. Has not been polished, will leave that up to buyer to decide. Enamel is nearly 100% intact. Features Great Seal of the United States of America. Engraved on back side \"Jack Phelan\". Measures approximately .75 x .5 inches.
