VTG Dress Lot 1930s-40s Ceil Chapman Satin Silk Tafetta Rayon Fixer Uppers Heres a lot of 3 vintage dress:
1. 1940s Ceil chapman Silver satin- some light staining but not in the skirt. Its kind of apart and I don’t know how to put it back together. Wearable 34 Bust 28 waist.
2.1940s Gun metal silk taffeta long gown, plain style, but looks like dressmaker seams. No label, no stains, just needs sprucing up. 40 Bust, 29 Waist. Side zip.
3. black 1930s gown with batwing sleeves and bias cut. Missing buttons in back and needs a seam fixed but otherwise great. Sleeves are a contrasting black fabric, and there are four rows of rhinestones prongset onto the cuffs. It has a hook and eye side opening. waist is 30”, bust is hard to measure due to armholes, but Im guessing a 34-38”I don’t have the time to mess with these. Hope someone can resurrect!
