VTG Henry Alcock Semi Porcelain ANEMONE Covered Soup Casserole Serving Dish Bowl:

This is a nice vintage Henry Alcock covered serving bowl in the Anemone pattern. It is white with blue flowers and gold trim. This piece measures approx. 11.5\" long from handle to handle, 9\" wide, and 6.25\" tall with the lid. This is in overall amazing condition. There are no cracks and I see no crazing. The gold trim around the edge of the lid shows moderate fading and I see some very small light brown spots on the top of the lid, although they appear to be under the glaze. There is one corner on the top of the lid where the gold seems to have been oversprayed and glazed over. This can be seen in the 3rd picture. There is a small chip on the inside rim of the bowl, seen in the last picture. There are also 2 very very small chips on the underside of the lid rim. I couldn\'t get these to show in a pic. They are very minor, slightly more than a \"fleabite\". The inside of this bowl looks great, with no noticeable utensil marks. It doesn\'t appear to have been used very much at all.
