Offered is an all original ca.1960\'s vintage American industrial collapsible and portable laundry basket with wheels. Designed and patented by John T. Neely in 1960 for Allied Products Co. Benicia Calif. The construction is quite amazing! Composed of bent steel galvanized wire interconnected with loops at the ends of the wires. Fully collapsible.... push down on the top for the first collapse...then pull up on the bottom inner square an the legs collapse...it\'s ready to go anywhere with ease. This basket is complete with the outer ring (often missing) which stabilizes the basket in its full position. 23\" round. Original metal tag attached to the base. Plastic casters move freely. Surface rust on the metal part of the casters. Some surface rust/oxidation on the wire.
