These are Exquisite figurines. Sometimes there is Fabulous and other times, FABULOUS--These belong in the second category. I do not know anything about the manufacturer. In attempting to research these, it seems as if this factory could have been purchased by Lladro. They certainly are some of the Finest Figurines that I have handled to date. They are detailed, large and heavy. I found the following on another site that has listed one of these figurines:
This museum quality porcelain figurine was appraised by Shawn Morton a certified appraiser in Scottsdale Arizona for between $3400 and $4000 in 2013. His facial expression are exceptional and detail to the finest detail to the hair on his hands, beard and eyes show the quality of this figurine. The figurine is highlighted with gold and is 11 1/2\" Tall. It is signed P.A.E.S.A. Decorado a mono LM Made in Spain. Mr. Morton believes this could be from a factory purchased by Lladro.
