A true VINTAGE Relco Lady Face Wall Pocket…(aka Nubian Blackamoor African Princess). She wears a white (glossy glaze) head-dress & earrings…with cube pattern (which has gold and silver accent paint)… with contrasting deep brown color (matte sheen) face and neck.There are random (teeny, tiny) dots within the glaze on the face/neck.

This lovely lady... has two age hairlines, one on the sideand a tight fine hairline on the back inside as shown in the close-up photos 3 & 4. She was used over the years (most likely with a plant), since there is soil and lime deposit, from hard water inside the pocket in back. Piece of tape (over the hanger hole) to protectit by previous owner.

Old Japan paper label and the number 8A170 on bottom.

6 1/4” high. I did not clean...Never usewater to clean delicate ware with old hairlines or crazing. Water can cause damage. Best to leave as is or lightly brush.
