DESCRIPTION:

This is avintage sterling silver and enamel Walter Lampl puffy heart charm with a pinkrhinestone. It measures approx. ¾ inchtall and 5/8 inch across. It has normallight surface wear and tarnish – no damage to the enamel – no dents ordings. It weighs 2.4 grams. I think this is the October heart because of the pink rhinestone (but I am not 100% sure about this).
