There is a notation on the back of the plaque of when it was purchased and by whom it was purchased. It is also marked with the V and Bee inside the V. Western Germany and a paper tag of Sacrart. HA 2/0 Pastel colors of blue, pink, and yellow. Please zoom in on all the pictures they are part of the description. After 60 years of collecting my husband and I are selling some of our favorite things. We are planning on moving out of our two story home to a more convenient one story home.
