Very early experimental antique pottery plate by VAN BRIGGLE with a grapes and leaves motif. Front of plate is in a muted matte green, while the back is in a brighter turquoise color.Marked on back with Van Briggle symbol with 11 and 16 on either side and 14 underneath - signed Van Briggle \"colo. spgs.\"
