Reduced dramatically!! Serious offers will be considered!! Vintage oil on canvas painting given as a wedding gift to my grandparents who were married in the early 1930s. It was passed down to my parents and then to my sisters and me to share. What we know:

Signed by Van Velde in lower left corner of painting
Age is late 19th/early 20th century as estimated by estate appraiser 20 years ago
Original oil in original frame - no changes have ever been made to painting or frame
Canvas is brittle; there are no tears or holes; condition is considered \"fair to good\" and it was noted it can be \"lined?\" and/or refurbished but we are not experts and are only repeating the information given years ago
Scene is a charming landscape with two houses alongside a winding stream, with a woman feeding her chickens
Beautiful 4\" wide ornate carved gold wood frame that is approximately 2-1/2\" deep
Frame is in overall good condition - top left inner corner and bottom right inner corner \"leaves\" are missing. Small sections of the other two inner corner leaves are missing. We never noticed it until we took it down and scrutinized it so we could properly describe it when listing it for sale
46\" wide x 34\" tall = exterior measurement
38\" wide x 26\" tall = interior measurement of canvas
Weight is approximately 20 lbs - I am estimating adding another 10 lbs when packaged for shipping
