This is an un-circulated1950 Vatican Mint Set with the gold 100 Lira coin. The card looks to have suffered some minor wear, possibly water damage. The plastic cover sheet is missing. The 10 Lira coin has some staining and will need professionalcleaning. The other 4 coins, including the gold 100 lira appear to be in very good condition.
