ITEM DESCRIPTION
Offered here is a very nice and fully functioning mid 1960\'s Jaeger LeCoultre *528-8* Atmos Square Dial Mantel Clock, serial number 220,588. *Note: Any reflections and glare you see on the finish are just background & sun reflections and not wear! The mint 15 jewel Jaeger LeCoultre signed movement (528) has just been fully disassembled & cleaned. It\'s been fully adjusted and timed and is working very accurately, keeping great time. The inner bellows (dated \'66) has been tested and is in perfect working order. The square Swiss signed white painted dial, which has applied gold markers & numerals, is in mint condition as are the original gold hands. The rear bellows housing is in mint condition with no scratches, cracks or spotting. The 24k gold plated finish on the exterior is in great condition with no damage or serious wear just some light scratching on the top of the gold frame and some light marks on the top surface of the base. There are no stress fractures on the base. All of the fixed glass panels are clean with no chipping or notable scratches and the front glass is perfect with no chipping. The important leveling bubble in the front base is fine and functions properly. I\'ve owned, restored and have sold quite a few of these beautiful Atmos clocks and this a beautiful square dialed example that anyone would be proud to display in their home.
