You are offerding on a Neat Ornate and Antique Bracket for a Wall Scale featuring angels, small dragon and dolphins - NEAT! I have no information about this piece or where it comes from. I believe it is a bracket with an arm scale attached. One end of the scale has a small dragon like creature seated at the end and the other side of the arm has a chain with an open style hook. The hooked end is heavier than the end with the dragon figurine so I\'m not quite sure how it balances out. It measures 10.5\" tall by 6\" deep and 2 3/4\" wide. The front and back plates of the piece could be tightened together so that the scale arm does not slip out of position as it is currently doing. Otherwise this piece is in fine condition.
