Very Large Vintage Metal Weather Vane Arrow
Not sure what exactly this arrow came from. It is very large, I think the metal is steel. It has a rounded shape arrow on the front and a nicely cut feather on the arrow back. There is a middle T piece with a hole for mounting on a pole. There is also a hole on the top of the T for an addition to the piece. On this T piece is a small flat head screw that says \"oil\" on the top, maybe giving a clue of what this was used for.
Either way, It is a very nice, good condition, large arrow to mount on a wall, on a pole. It would be great in a garden and it seems to very outdoor friendly. There is some darkened tarnish on the arrow head which enhances the vintage look.
The arrow measures a very large 51\" long and is about 15\" wide at the end of the feather.
