VERY NICE HUNTING CLASP FOR TUNIC OR VEST 19TH CENTURY:

This is a very nice Hunting Clasp that would have been used upon a Tunic or Vest and dates from the mid to late 19th Century. It is double faced and wears hunting scenes on each face which includes a wild boar with hunting dogs on one side and hunting dogs with a pheasant on the other side. Both are beautifully beaded rimmed and have openings on each corner to anchor into place with sewing stitches. Each face measures 1 3/4 inches in diameter. Overall the clasp measures 3 3/4 inches across.
