9.EXTRA Space after the semi-colon before Garcia\'s Birthday on swing tag \" : 8-1-95\" ALSO his tush tag is printed 1993 (Another major error, considering Garcia wasn\'t born until 1995)

10.The wording “visit our web page\" is printed on the swing tag and has extra spacing after multiple exclamation points, namely an extra space at end of poem-- [and also being misprinted in an improper format with uneven extra spacing after first of three \"!\"] -- {3 x \"! !!\"}. This is an error either way, even if it did have proper spacing like this:{3 x\"!!!\"}; [However, none of these should be printed here and it ishighly significant because Ty Inc. did not have the rights to this website at the time, forcing future generations of this Beanie to literally be printed with a blank sticker covering these flaws--giving this Garcia Bear an even greaterunsurpassedallure]

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. Every Garcia is unique because of its tie-dye fabric.

2. Collectors speculate Garcia commemorates Jerry Garcia, guitarist for the Grateful Dead. The back cover of the album History of the Grateful Dead, Volume 1, shows a drawing of bears. Andy Garcia and this namesake bear share the same birth date of August 1. Garcia (the bear) was introduced five months after Jerry Garcia died.

3. The unusually rapid retirement of Garcia resulted from an alleged lawsuit brought by the Garcia family against Ty, Inc., claiming the name Garcia was used without the family\'s permission. In response to the lawsuit, Garcia the bear was retired and replaced by a similar bear named Peace.

4. Garcia\'s retirement date of May 11, 1997, is the same date Peace was introduced. The new Peace bear was identical to Garcia except for the name, tags and the peace symbol on Peace\'s chest.

5. Garcia\'s is made with the same tie-dye fabric as Coral (style 4079).
