<img and very rare, 17\" tall antique composition head/cloth body, comic characterdog, probably by Georgene Averill, c.1920s, or Horsman and possibly attributed to be comic character, Buster Brown\'s chum, \"TIGE\"as illustrated and described on page 30, \"Character Dolls & Toys\"-Michele Karl (last photo, 1998 value). Wonderfully molded and detailed composition head on original cloth stuffed, brown cloth body. He is inexcellent condition with no damages or repairs, no stains or fading and no odors. Other rare animal character dolls and Steiff bear are not included and available separately. (#4966 loc. 47)
