Beautiful! Rhodium & Gold 1940\'s Jaeger LeCoultre Atmos II Round Dial Mantel Clock- Working!

ITEM DESCRIPTION

Offered here with is a beautiful all original and fully functioning early 1940\'s Jaeger LeCoultre Atmos II Round Dial Rhodium & Gold Mantel Clock, dual serial number 8470/9569. *Note: Any reflections you see on the finish are just background & reflections and not necessarily wear. The mint 15 jewel Jaeger LeCoultre signed movement has just been fully disassembled & cleaned. It\'s been fully adjusted and timed and is working very accurately, keeping great time. The suspension spring has also been changed and fully adjusted. The bellows assembly is a more *modern* 519 style assembly and it\'s in perfect condition and it\'s been checked and is in good working order. There\'s no external difference between the Atmos II unit and the 519 unit. The original round Swiss signed brushed gold painted dial, which has applied black painted numerals, is in mint condition as are the original black painted hands. The original rhodium plated finish on the exterior is also in near mint condition with no notable wear, scratches or damage and no cracks. All of the glass panels are perfect with no chipping or scratches and the entire top comes on and off without any issues. This model pre-dates the leveling bubble in the front base so there is none present. I\'ve owned, restored and have sold quite a few of these beautiful Atmos clocks and this a very rare early 1940\'s example that anyone would be proud to display in their home. Thanks for looking at this collectible Jaeger LeCoultre Atmos Clock and please offer with confidence. ALL ATMOS CLOCKS ARE SERVICED BY ME AND ARE FULLY users or buyers with less than 10 responses must contact me prior to placing a offer or I reserve the right to cancel their offer. The item pictured is the item you will receive. Everything I sell is 100% authentic. Email me with any questions you may have or if you require additional pictures. Please understand you are buying a pre-owned clock that may have minor imperfections and I cannot describe every flaw, which is why I\'ve provided good pictures from every angle. Vintage mechanical Atmos clocks do not keep perfect time like their modern quartz counterparts. I guarantee your clock to be exactly as described and even if noted as working great or recently serviced, please understand that, due to the sometimes delicate nature of these vintage Atmos clocks, periodic servicing and/or adjustments may be required. Upon receipt, if it\'s not working correctly as stated, please contact me and we can arrange for you to send it back to me for repair. I do all the restoration work myself! If it cannot be repaired in a reasonable amount of time, I will arrange for a prompt refund. I cannot be expected to issue a refund based on buyer\'s remorse, so please know what you\'re offerding on and what you\'re comfortable paying. All I ask is that you be as fair with me as I will be with you. I want us both to be satisfied with the transaction. Collecting and restoring these beautiful timepieces is a true passion of mine and I want my buyers to get the same enjoyment out of collecting these clocks that I do. I\'m also a member in good standing of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors.
