What a great find!! Player/displayer. For sale is a very RARE antique 1886 C. G. Conn Ultimatum model cornet.I have only seen a couple other Conn cornets with this configuration. Unique tubing wrap on left side going from 2nd valve to 3rd valve. Cornet is in really good condition considering how old it is .. has only a fewdents/dings (all could easily be taken out by a good repair person), but not bad at all for its age. Nice Eagle engraving on bell. All slides are amazingly free and pull out easily for tone adjustment. Valves are quick and remarkably ingood condition. This wrap configuration is very rare. Horn is a good player, with the old time cornet sound. Please review all pics for additional condition ... what you see is what you get. Please ask questions if you have any. Great addition to anyones collection.
