Victoria Jubilee Hallmarked Silver Brooch 1837-1897 For Sale
Offered for sale is a hallmarked silver brooch celebrating Victorias 60years on the throne. The hallmark is for 1896 Birmingham and the dates on the front of the broochread 1837-1897. In good used condition, the head of Victoria is crisp and clear. There is some solder to theC clasp and slight wear to the silver pattern on the front of it.[by the 1897] Both years are clear and not rubbed. The pin is slightly bent but closes securely. There is also a small break in the silver rim that holds Victorias head in place. Still a very nice item that still looks good and displays well. Defects mentioned for accuracy. It measures 1 3/4" long and at its widest point approx 7/8". Thank you for looking
