This pretty Victorian dress is made from a very nice cotton. The bodice is lined in cotton, with bones in the seams. It hooks down the center and has a panel that comes across and hooks on the side front. The upper sleeve has a casing with a draw string to adjust the pouff. It needs some hooks and eyes, some are missing, some are rusty, some small scattered rust spots. It measures 34 inches around the bust, across the back shoulder is 11, waist is 23 and it\'s 16 7/8 inches long. The skirt is smooth in front and gathered in the back. It\'s sewn to a cotton band, the top edge of the waist is not finished, you might want to add a regular waistband, but you don\'t need to. It has a bias cut ruffle around the hem trimmed with 1 inch lace. A few rust spots and a couple of tiny holes, but overall very good. The skirt is not lined, but doesn\'t look like it ever was. The cotton is very crisp and has a lot of body to it. IT measures 22 1/2 inches around the waist, hips full and it\'s 40 1/2 inches long in front.
