Victorian hand chased 9ct sheet gold on a gold filled frame, 2 photo opening watch fob/locket. In the interior there is one photo of a handsome gentleman and the other section has a paper inset. This 1870\'s fob measures 1-5/8\" (4.2cm) x 7/8\"(2.3cm) x 3/8\" (1cm) and total weight is 13.4 grams. The intricately detailed floral pattern is hand chased. The hinge is in very good condition and the locket/fob closed securely. The fob show slight wear at the top of the points and on the hinge side. Additionally there are 2 gold beads missing (one from each side). Regardless this distinctive piece would make a beautiful pendant. Some of the photos indicate discoloration to the gold, but it is only stray color while photographing. The piece is a warm, lovely shade of gold. Returns accepted. Shipping from Spain.
