The bracelet itself exhibits some of the most dazzling silver work I have seen - they really do not get better than this. The beautiful work around the amethysts is superb and the mesh silver gilt braided strap is stunning!!!

The amethysts are natural mined gems. There is a large central fancy cut amethyst with 8 oval faceted amethysts surrounding it. The clasp is further set with 4 oval amethysts! The bracelet comes from a prominent Bel Air estate. It is classic and elegant and has great impact - with all the elements that you look for in antique jewelry - quality, design, originality, sparkle, drama, just a perfect estate jewel!!!The bracelet is in excellent condition with no damage to the silver work. It is hallmarked Sterling. The clasp is tight and secure. The bracelet is 6 1/2 inches (16 1/2 cm) long. The central medalion is 1 3/4 inches (45mm) long and 30 mm wide. The band is 15 mm wide.
