Up for consideration is afine late 19th Century LateVictorian hand Sewn Quilt Runner For a Mantle Over the fireplace. It measures about 88 inches long by about 27 inches wide...please understand that it was custom madeit covered the mantle and then hung over...It really is quite attractive. It has oldclothing that has been cut up and used for the piece.Looks to be hand stitched. The Quilt is folded up so what you are seeing is about only half of the length so it really is a monster.
