Victorian Childs Chintz Calico Cotton Stripe Print Girls Dress

This antique Victorian era child\'s chintz calico cotton stripe print girls dress dates from 1850. It is hand stitched, made of a brown and white chintz calico cotton fabric with a tiny arrow print pattern abstract design. This charming child\'s little girls dress has a squared scoop neckline, short puffy cap sleeves, a fitted high empire waist with gathers and a full skirt with side pocket. There are two button closures on the back. The dress measures 19 inches long, with a 18 inch waist and 20 inch bust. It is in excellent condition. This is a wonderful piece of early Victoriana textile art!
